Welcome to Micrometal, a precision CNC machining company dedicated to delivering high-quality machined components. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Micrometal.

“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or business placing orders with us.

“Services” means CNC machining, fabrication, prototyping, finishing, and related manufacturing services provided by Micrometal.

2. Services Provided

Micrometal provides CNC machining services including but not limited to turning, milling, drilling, and custom part manufacturing as per client drawings, samples, or specifications. All work is executed based on mutually agreed technical details and scope.

3. Orders and Specifications

Clients must provide accurate drawings, dimensions, materials, tolerances, and any special requirements. Micrometal is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Use of Services

Clients agree not to use our products or services for unlawful purposes. All manufactured components are the responsibility of the client for their final application and use.

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing will be outlined in quotations or purchase orders.

Payment terms are typically 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in delays in delivery and/or additional charges.

6. Delivery and Lead Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order complexity, material availability, and production schedules. Micrometal is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

7. Quality and Inspection

All parts are manufactured as per agreed specifications and inspected before dispatch. Any claims regarding defects must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All client-provided drawings, designs, and specifications remain the property of the client.

Micrometal reserves the right to retain process knowledge and manufacturing methods developed during production.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared designs, drawings, and business information confidential. This obligation continues after completion of the order.

10. Liability

Micrometal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of manufactured components.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the value of the order supplied.

11. Termination

Either party may cancel or modify an order with mutual agreement. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

12. Changes to Terms

Micrometal reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
